We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The maximum delivery time is 4-6 working days for non-personalized items and 10-15 working days for personalized items.
